Return Policy for broken or defective items

 

 
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.
If the broken or defective item is over $25.00 your cost, please email us a picture of the damage and we may be able to ship a replacement without requiring a return. Otherwise, we will have to mail pre-paid return shipping labels and wait for the item to be returned to us before we can issue a refund or exchange.
You may report a lost, broken or missing item by clicking on the "Contact" link at the top of the website, or by going to your Purchase History. Inside your Purchase History, click on the specific order id and then select "Problem Report" for the specific item or items.
Slightly Damaged Items
A quick note about only slightly damaged items: A chipped ceramic or porcelain item can be made to look like new by cementing the piece back. We have determined that 80% of damaged returns can be restored and sold as new or as slight seconds with minor work! Offering a slightly defective product at a reduced price brings you a satisfied customer who got a bargain and saves you and us a lot of time and money.  If you do keep a damaged item and fix it, please let us know and we may issue a partial credit.

Can I cancel my order?


You have the option to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed.  Simply go to your Purchase History.  If the order has not been processed, you will see a "Cancel/Edit Order" button.  Click the button and follow the directions to cancel.

When you cancel the order, a merchandise credit will be issued to your account immediately.

If your order has already shipped but you must cancel it, there is an $11 charge PER carton.  Please call or email customer service to cancel an order that has already shipped. This is called an "intercept" and can only be used for orders that shipped via UPS ground.  There is no intercept option for any other carrier.
Can I edit my order?


If your order has not yet been processed, you can edit the shipping address only.  Go to your Purchase History, locate the order and click the "Cancel/Edit Order" button.  Then you can update the name and shipping address.

If the order has already been processed, it will say "Cannot be changed."

You cannot change the shipping address to an address that would require a carrier change.  In other words, if your original shipping address was to the United States, you cannot change it to Canada, because the shipping cost is higher.  In a case like this, you would need to cancel the order and then place a new order.  

You also cannot change the item number or quantity of items in your order.  Again, just cancel the order and place a new one.  When you cancel the order, a merchandise credit will be instantly added to your account which you can apply to the new order.
